Michael J. Wagner
Managing Director

Michael Wagner is an authority on the computation of commercial damages and business valuation with extensive experience in the areas of antitrust, intellectual property and securities regulations. He provided testimony in the largest bankruptcy case of a savings and loan in U.S. history, as well as in several cases concerning alter ego analyses and business valuations.

Prior to joining PHB, Mr. Wagner was the partner in charge of litigation services for Price Waterhouse in the Pacific Northwest. Previously, he was a principal with Dickenson, O'Brien & Associates.

Mr. Wagner, a lawyer and Certified Public Accountant, is on the American Arbitration Association's Panel of Arbitrators. He has also served on numerous committees at the AICPA and various state CPA societies. Mr. Wagner is the author of many articles on the topics of computation of damages and litigation services and is co-editor of the Litigation Services Handbook (second edition).

He received a B.S. in engineering from the University of Santa Clara, an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a J.D. from Loyola University, Los Angeles.
