D. Roger Jenkins
Director
Roger Jenkins has more than twenty years of professional experience in accounting and related consulting, with extensive experience in the hospitality, construction, transportation and entertainment industries and financial institutions (including REITs). He has particular expertise in the areas of bankruptcy and receiverships, as well as in adversary audits pertaining to royalty and license agreements. Mr. Jenkin's litigation experience includes deposition and trial testimony in arbitration and litigation matters regarding a wide variety of industries and in bankruptcy court proceedings.
Prior to joining PHB, Mr. Jenkins was a principal of Freeman & Mills, Incorporated. Freeman & Mills and PHB combined their consulting practices in 1994. Prior to under-taking consulting on a full-time basis, Mr. Jenkins was primarily involved in conducting audits of public and private companies while employed at Pannell Kerr Forster and Arthur Andersen & Co.
Mr. Jenkins is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a B.S. in accounting from Brigham Young University.
