Bonnie Goldsmith has extensive experience consulting on damages and other accounting, financial and economic issues in commercial litigation matters. Ms. Goldsmith has provided expert testimony on damages and accounting and financial issues. She also has advised clients on a variety of legal matters, including breach of contract, lender liability, construction claims, wrongful termination, accountants' malpractice, securities fraud, patent infringement, business interruption, partnership disputes, utility rate cases and government contracts. She has clients in diverse industries such as banking, securities, construction, high tech, medical supplies, real estate development, oil and gas, energy utilities and manufacturing,
Prior to joining PHB, Ms. Goldsmith was a senior manager at the Barrington Consulting Group, Inc. Ms. Goldsmith also spent three years in the audit group of Arthur Andersen & Co.
Ms. Goldsmith is a Certified Public Accountant. She received her B.S. in business administration and M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
