Colin C. Blaydon
Senior Advisor

Colin Blaydon is the William and Josephine Buchanan Professor of Management and Dean Emeritus of the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College, where he teaches and conducts research on corporate governance, private equity finance and entrepreneurship.

With more than twenty-five years of consulting experience in both the public and private sectors, Dr. Blaydon consults on matters of finance, management and strategy and serves as an expert witness in business litigation and regulatory proceedings.

Dr. Blaydon has taught finance, economics and decision analysis at the Harvard Business School, Fuqua Business School and Terry Sanford Institute of Public Policy at Duke University. He also served on the staff of the assistant secretary of defense (systems analysis) and as deputy associate director of the Office of Management and Budget.

Dr. Blaydon has served on a number of boards of directors: LTV Corporation; Tom's of Maine, Inc.; ITP Systems (chairman); Pacific Southwest Airlines; Computer Consoles; Consolidated Power; and the University of Southern California's School of Business Administration. He was a founder of the Graduate Business School of the International University of Japan.

Dr. Blaydon received a B.E.E. from the University of Virginia and a Ph.D. in applied mathematics from Harvard University.
