Recently, she has assisted clients in the biotechnology, high technology, consumer products and telecommunications industries in intellectual property matters. Ms. Baker has also advised on licensing strategies and the potential value of patents.
In the telecommunications and power industries, Ms. Baker has assessed the competitive impacts of regulatory change and the appropriateness of pricing, costing and rate structures. Her expert testimony has focused on these issues, specifically in telecommunications.
In complex litigation, Ms. Baker has managed support teams composed of client personnel, other consultants, PHB personnel and contractors.
Ms. Baker was formerly a staff analyst at System Planning Corporation, where she participated in studies of military acquisition economics. She holds a B.A. in mathematics from Smith College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
