What do you think makes a "good" analyst?

A good analyst is smart and sharp, a conceptual thinker and able to integrate analytical tools and case-specific information. A good analyst is also a curious person - someone who looks at a puzzle or a problem and plays with it, one who examines a situation or problem and wonders why it behaves as it does.
