What about client contact?

In general, analysts have less client contact in a firm like PHB than they would in a consulting firm that "sells" a product or view of the business world. PHB is in the business of addressing a wide range of analytical problems, often in the context of litigation or regulatory proceedings. Part of the reason that there is less client contact is that there is less travel. To the extent that there is client contact in our offices, however, analysts serve a key role in projects and are frequently a part of the project team making client presentations.
